TERMS & CONDITIONS :
• Customers are responsible for reading our T&Cs
by securing a booking with a deposit you are acknowledging and accepting our terms and conditions
• A deposit is needed to secure any balloon booking, no booking is secure until a deposit is received.
• Deposits are none refundable, your deposit will be taken from your total balance, your remaining balance will be due 2 working Days before your event.
• Cancellations within 14 days of your event are 100% none refundable, for exceptional circumstances we will review each case individually however we reserve the right to offer part or no refund if supplies have already been purchased, we will not take any bookings without a deposit and we may cancel your event at anytime if you fail to pay the full balance when this is due.
• If you require to change your event prior to 14 days we will honor a free date/venue change
• Changes can be made to bookings however refunds are not available if you choose to decrease the size of your booking within 14 days prior
• In the event of any equipment damage we reserve the right to collect damage costs.
RETURNS
• We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you have received your item to request a return as long as the item is in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, this does not include personalised or custom items.
• To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused. you will also need your proof of purchase.
DAMAGES
• Please inspect your item and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can rectify and make it right, certain types of item can not be returned like personalised or custom made items unfortunately we can not accept returns on sale items.
REFUNDS
• We will notify you once we have recieved and inspected your return to let you know if your refund has been approved or not.
if approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
please contact us if you should need to adjust any bookings, cancel or return any items asap.
• Please make sure when collecting a balloon stack or garland you have and empty car with your back seats down, it’s good to not have the car boiling hot and open a window slightly,
• All balloons are checked over for any faults before collection please make sure you are happy with your balloons before taking them away, as once they leave they become Your responsibility.
• Balloons DO NOT like extreme hot or cold, they should be kept at room temperature, do not leave them next to a radiator or inside a car for longer than necessary, when exposed to cold they may deflate but will re-inflate once back up to room temp.
• We can not say for certain How long our displays will last for however we do our best to ensure they stay up as long as possible.
• We do not accept any responsibility once the balloons leave our care.
